Gene and his family run this business with honesty and integrity. I've been a regular customer since the late 80's. They aren't the cheapest but they are competitive and never do unnecessary work and explain everything in plain English.
Right away, I was greated by the friendly staff. They were able to squeeze me in when I was in a jam. Fixed my issue very quick and without problem. So helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks!
I went to gene's auto and truck in Papillion, neighbor knows the owner from church. Wow!!! What an awesome little shop so nice and they explained everything and said no you don't need to spend $2,600 I think they have earned my business for life. I had my trusty Trailblazer towed into Gene's because I lost my power steering on the interstate on a Sunday. Monday morning they called me with their finding and I had my car back by Wednesday! My truck drives like it is brand new! They had to replace my power steering rack, water-pump, a wheel bearing, serpentine belt, and they did my brakes while it was there. Nice people, nice shop and HONEST and TRUSTING mechanics! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
