I went through the formal complaint department only to get an invalidating letter that was as dishonest as a police report. When I arrived you took me off all my meds at once which caused an array of reportable manufactured symptoms. I got worse here because of the ineffectiveness of staff. You forced me to either take neuroleptic meds or do ECT for me to get out of there. All of my issues (mental health and physical) got worse here. Doctors didn't listen or care about what was going on. They kept me on meds that were causing horrible side effects even after begging to stop. And they're still screwing me over even after I left, by discontinuing medications they didn't prescribe and had no right to discontinue, so now I can't get the meds I need and am not supposed to stop without tapering. Parent of a minor who attended. Without the minor's background info and prior mental health info the very keen doctors and staff figured out the exact cause and diagnosis of my child within 5 days and made impeccable recommendations for follow up care. Their skills of observation, reasoning, and deduction were nothing short of amazing.
