Started out great! Dan came to look at my home. Well that was 5 weeks ago today and still can’t get a quote for a generator and installation. That said I also gave them a poor review with Generac when asked to complete their survey as well.
Said they wouldn’t work on our generator because it’s proximity to the house and window. If you look at the pictures in their reviews you will see that the people post pics of generators near house and windows!
When my husband and I first met Dan Repischak and Chase Hess at the Washington County Home Show we were impressed with their professionalism. Chase came to our house and helped us to determine the best generator size for our needs from his sales presentation. Dan and his staff did all of the background work to include zoning and building permits, as well as contacting the 811 PA One Call system. Very professional outfit. Timely on installation and installers were very courteous and hard working. They installed on an overcast rainy day and were very respectful and mindful about keeping our home clean. When the city inspector came to check the work out a week later he commented “It is nice to see good work”. Would recommend them for their professionalism and integrity. 4/5/2025. Had a power outage for 4.5 hours. Everything worked fine and we were glad to see the unit at work putting our minds at ease. Well worth it.
