Dr Clark has been assisting me with mid life womens health issues. She is smart, listens, educates and created a plan that made my situation much more manageable. My interactions with office staff are good, no issues. Highly recommend her office for care.

Originally came to this practice because Dr. Susan Clark was listed as an OBGYN that was in network with my insurance. I received a Pap which came back abnormal. A biopsy was completed a few weeks later. Dr. Clark was great at explaining all the details at my first and second appt. This review is not about her, but about the staff at this office. To make a long explanation short and to the point… I received a call from a staff member regarding test results. This person decided to call me at end of day 5 min before they close... read more

In the last 2 years the quality of service has gone downhill. I believe they are spread too thin with few providers and multiple locations. Expect to wait at least an hour after your appointment time before you are even seen. After your wait you'll be lucky to spend more than 5 minutes with the Dr.

I have been going to this office forever and see NP Linsey. She is fantastic. Unfortunately I’m going to have to find a new place to go. When I called to make an appointment I was told I had a balance due but no one seemed to be able to tell me what the balance was for. This was very disappointing as they won’t see you with any outstanding balance.
