Requested a simple Covid19 test. Doctors office issued a 3:15p appointment. Arrived at 3pm and waited. 3:30p called back, received sorry! Were running behind. 4pm- still waiting, 4pm walked in to check why the hell they can't find someone for the 5 minutes it takes to swab a patients nose. Was informed again sorry, we're running behind. However, your next after the person who just checked in. Great! Customer service still the measure of a reputable business. It's now 4:25pm... still waiting!
