The staff is rude, in particular the administrative staff, Ms. Charis and Mr. Nagy who is the admission personnel don’t return calls, the receptionist is rude and very short. In general, if you want your Mom or Dad to suffer, this is the place for them. My mother was next to a lady who was crying all day “Help me Please” and everyone was casually walking around her, no one asked the dozen times I was there if she needed anything.
