They like to scam people. They do not know how to fix issues. I called in and said I just bought a battery and a alternator and it kept dying and i had already went to my machenic he said that it was most like a module and would need to take to a ford dealership since it would need to be synced to the truck. We were on the way home to Williamsburg, VA from a visit to St. Louis, Mo, when the water pump went out on I64. I called roadside assistance to have my 2012 F150 FX2 towed to Generations Ford in Hurricane, WV. I can’t say enough about the prompt, professional response from Chris in Parts who transported my family and me to the Service Department. I was hoping with new ownership would come better leadership for the service group. The customer service side of the service group has been bad for a long time. I've used this dealership for stuff for probably close to 20 years. My last experience resulted in us calling Ford and opening a case and only because we had that, they finally fixed our recall.
Worked with Jim and Caleb on a truck deal and they were AWESOME!! Very attentive, answered all of my questions, tried to get me the best rate possible and all around good to me!
Terrible experience with this service department from start to finish. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere if you value your time and expect even basic customer service. Back in January, I scheduled an appointment for my diesel truck due to a leaking turbo oil return line.
