I can say nothing but amazing things about all the staff, nurses, and doctors at the Danielson office. My daughter and I are always well taken care of when we go. They always do their very best to get you an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Shafts is outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical needs for either myself or my daughter. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thanks for being amazing.

I think it is wonderful here. My doctor, counselor and medicine specialist follow up with one another and myself to make sure I'm doing well. It seems like they care about my needs being met medical wise. Never had a problem with any of them.
My family and I go to the Putnam office and I haven't always been greeted with smiles. Lately I've really seen a turn around in the front staff with people skills and professionalism. Their head receptionist does a great job and keeps them all on the "up and up" to keep all patients happy.
I love generations! I go to the Killingly location and see Dr. Shafts. I started going to Dr. Shafts 2 years ago When I moved here from out of state. She is an exceptional Doctor. She takes the time to listen to me and help solve my health needs. I never feel rushed. She is a genuine individual that cares for her patients. I have recommended her to my spouse and friends. My kids adore Dr. Shafts. Our whole family sees her so she knows our health inside and out and has a lot of good insights. I am also a big fan of the nursing staff, they are empathetic and do a great job keeping up with wiping down the exam rooms when my kids are spreading their germs around. Anytime my kids have been sick they have gotten a same day appointment. The referral girls in Norwich are awesome! I can go there anytime for help.
Im here at putnam and my appointment is at 8 and here it is 815 still waiting. I was here first and now the 3 people that came in after me already have been taken. Seriously every time i come here.
