I had a cleaning and check as a new patient to the Coeur d'Alene area. The personnel were all very friendly and efficient. The cleaning was as thorough as I have ever had. The dentist did not need to take immediate action; but noted things for future checking.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of time everyone spent with me to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling pain. I really appreciated that the dentist spent time with me and listened to my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and hurried out. I am a nervous chicken when it comes to dental visit. I would definitely recommend Generations Dental because of how comfortable they made me feel.

As always this was an efficient appointment, on time, all so cheerful and pleasant. Dr. Rader explains dental issues in a very clear and easy to understand way, and allows the patient to have the ultimate say as to what they would like to be done, based on his skillful advice. While the results of my visit on this date were less than desirable, I have to say that I'm most grateful to have "found" you people. Given my circumstances, I have to say that I feel much more comfortable with Dr. Rader's approach to our "plan of action", than I'm certain I would have been with my previous dentist. While a nice guy, his knowledge of my circumstances were obviously beyond his scope, while Dr. Rader was "on top of the situation" as soon as I told him about it.
