My husband used this service. For almost a year. We had too many caregivers coming in and out of the house. Only a few of them were trained JoJo, who was his favorite, she was amazing, no complaints about her. Then they switched us out to someone that didn't know what they were doing at all. We ended service with them because the other caregivers were complaining about me having a toddler around the house. I live there too so does our child. Also there is a lot of rotation of staff.
