RecommendedDr. Frogley and his team are amazing! They truly care about the patient. Besides receiving great chiropractic care, Dr. Frogley taught be how to use Dennerolls at home to help with my injury recory. He also taught me how to run better without putting so much impact on my spine and other joints. Now I'm faster than ever, and I enjoyed a personal record for one of my half marathons this year. I always knew chiropractic had great potential in our health, but I had never seen that potential in action until I met Dr. Frogley.
I have been to a few chiropractors because of my neck issues, and Dr. Frogley is the first one to help me understand what is going on with my spine. I love that I have home exercises to help me do more to correct my issue and he's not a "snap, crackle, pop" doctor where you walk in, get adjusted only and leave. He does warm ups before an adjustment and traction treatment each visit. He is also very friendly and personable, and so is the staff. I always feel welcome when I go in.
For years I experienced constant pain either in the form of headaches and migraines or lower back pain. When I started going to Dr. Frogely’s office we first determined what exactly was causing the problems by taking x-rays, then developed a program specifically for me to correct the misalignments I was suffering from. I now know what it’s like to live without the constant pain and I have recommended Dr. Frogley to many of my family and friends.
I originally went to Generational Spine and Health for help correcting a lifetime of poor posture. By the time I was finished I not only had better posture but was sleeping better and had more energy. They have great customer service and their staff really cares. My husband hurt his back working out and I sent him in. Dr. Frogley took excellent care him. I have had a hard time sleeping recently so my husband sent me in to Dr. Frogley. After a few visits I was sleeping so much better. My eyes have been opened to chiropractic care.
I went in because of a car accident and right away Dr. Frogley helped me to feel better in my neck and back. I then continued seeing him to correct problems I have had for almost my whole life. He helped me to understand the problems associated with my pine injuries and then we have been improving my condition ever since. It is not just about addressing the symptoms, but fixing the problem and teaching me the right things to do to correct the problems. My back feels better than it has in 20+ years.
