I’ve been at Generation Iron for over a year and it has been an amazing experience. From the start Sephora made me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence I needed to work hard and trust the process. She pushes me to levels I never thought I could achieve. It is a very welcoming environment with a family feel to it. It’s been the best decision I’ve made!

The atmosphere of the gym is a welcoming environment alongside the staff, being very personable and passionate about what they do for a living. It's a great place to get better in any fashion of life from any starting point. The equipment is clean and taken care of and serviced properly alongside with the rest of the facility Ask for vinny upon arrival!

I've always been into working out but somehow felt like I fell short in my training. Like I didn't know the right workouts for my personal health goals. I met with Vinny for a training session and he is clearly knowledgeable about fitness and what works. He's also extremely motivating and has such positive energy! Five stars all the way, I look forward to going to the gym now.
