I was never the person to put myself or my health first. I came into the gym with the hopes of getting into better shape to qualify for law enforcement academies. Had a great experience at my consultation with sephora, she told me my fat and muscle percentage and got familiar with my goals. Ultimately you buy into a package and lock in a few months although I haven't yet purchased a package I do intend on doing so.

Finding a trainer who can push you but also has all the patience in the world isn’t easy but for E and the team at Generstion Iron it’s in their blood. Ehsan and team just want to see you succeed over anything else. His knowledge and understanding of the human body and Psychie can’t be matched.
