They did great for me! They are 100% legitimate and trustworthy.The prosses was incredibly easy. They put a lot of work into the listing and include a lot of details. Kristy was super responsive and helpful. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
We bought land from these folks. They have been very great to work with. Some years pass by and in my contract I am able to pay off the balance principal faster then with interest yet when we make a payment threw there pay service and get charged double due to a process error and then it wanted to keep taking more and more and now nobody wants to talk to us. Shady!! Just contact a local real estate agent..... your not old enough to fall for this stuff!!!!!.... Nice response.... It's a shame that companies like yours prey on people who want a piece of land or they want to sell a property. Why would anyone sell to you or buy from you if they were smart??? My father purchased land from this company. He got sick as he was elderly. We took over assisting him with his estate and found documents and payment ledgers of his purchase for this land - we were told he has a credit due to defaulting on the payments and they resold the land. Then they tell us we cannot get the credit as they just received photos of the land, which has a bunch of rubbish on it and were advised they do not know if it was our father who left all the junk on the land and therefore, we would no longer get the ... read more
