This was my first experience fully getting all the care my mother needed for her situation. Getting the right placement, the food, the treatment, and the nursing. What I learned with Generation Care, Hospice Care is what every new person doing parent care needs. Learn when hospice care should be requested, how it works, how to keep up with needed equipment and most of all having the right personnel to call for any questions and needed help. We had to make a quick change in Hospice care in the final days of my father's life. Generation Care came highly recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint. They seamlessly transitioned Dad's care within a few hours and had a critical care nurse by his side. Everyone we dealt with at the company was supportive, caring and reassuring making these difficult final moments as peaceful as possible.

They are great at medical supply delivery and medication delivery. But if your looking for quality care DO NOT USE GENERATION CARE. Their website falsely/inaccurately States the services that they provide claiming that their service providers can help with things such as laundry feeding daily chores cleaning changing and medication reminders. Their website also States the importance of medication reminders as elderly people often forget to take their medication or double take their medication on accident. For 3 and 1/2 month... read more
