RecommendedAleece Passow's p.t. exercises a year ago have continued to develop the back muscles so that I have been free of shoulder pain and have improved mobility. No surgery, just her exercise program, which I have faithfully continued. Improved stretching distance of that arm as well. Helpful, kind manner with clear direction. I am so very grateful.
