Travel Insurance. Terrible experience. They ended up paying the claim but took over 3 months. Originally they asked that we submit receipts and start claim on their portal. After uploading over 30 receipts and docs 4 times their system kept crashing and giving me error messages so I couldn't submit on the portal after spending tons of time uploading and documenting claim details.
