The problem turned out to be excess moisture trapped under the floor, which was effectively dealt with through dehumidification over several days. Although initially skeptical due to a previous negative experience with another contractor, I found their communication and follow-up visits reassuring.
Efficient water cleanup during our emergency.
After researching ways to handle carpet drying myself, I decided to write a review because the technician explained each step and had the carpets dry in just under two hours. He also pinpointed a small area of mold I hadn't noticed before, which he treated efficiently.
Efficient drying and careful restoration work.
I was initially concerned about potential delays, but they arrived promptly and the dehumidification process was completed efficiently over three days. The technician explained that the excess moisture had seeped into some unreachable areas, which justified the extended timeframe.
