I come here once a year to have lunch with my former boss. We both just love it. Historic atmosphere, potent cocktails and a delectable menu.
I knew about The General Warren being a Lincoln Highway enthusiast and having a good friend who performed there for the LH Centennial, so during a last minute road trip over Easter to Valley Forge National Historical Park I knew my boyfriend and I had to stop there for dinner. The food was absolutely delicious (crab cake and peppercorn steak) and the cocktails we had at dinner and afterwards at the bar were equally awesome. We enjoyed our entire experience at The General Warren! Every person we encountered was professional, personable and efficient. The food was exceptional, for both dinner and breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit!
great atmosphere inside and out
The food was delicious & the people were very friendly. It was a great experience.
Food was really good although the portions were small for the price. Our server lacked attentiveness. Maybe she had an off night but it didnt help that we sat without drinks for a good 20 mins before she even returned to our table. Maybe next time, if we go back we’ll try the bar or the Tavern.
