RecommendedThis business is awesome all the way around from customer services to knowing what there doing with German cars. My BMW is running great had my transmission rebuilt with a 3 yr 100,000 mile warranty thats cheaper then a new one and has a better warranty then a new one. Richard and his team are pretty amazing! They're a one of a kind shop. They are genuine guys and back up everything they work on with a warranty. It's so rare to find a shop like this with incredible employees who care. I take my jeep here all the way from Tahoe because they are (now) the ONLY people I trust to work on it. I recommend them 100%!!!

I am very skeptical about shops and the work that they do because I know how they often treat people. This place is more like home. I started with an internet consultation then took in my first Dodge 2500 diesel 4x4 for transmission rebuild. It has had no issues since and the service was so good that I took in my other Dodge 2500 for a trans rebuild as well and rear end rebuild as well. It all cam out fantastic. We have had both of our trucks in General Transmission recently. The service is great, the mechanics are very knowledgeable in what they do. The owner, Pete, is a great guy who kept us up to date as to what was being done, what was being recommended and how long it would take. We have recommended them to several friends around town who need their transmissions serviced and I know they will be the first ones I call in the future when we need work.
