There are truly no words that can express how grateful I am for you. You didn’t just treat me — you saved my life. Your skill, compassion, and dedication gave me a second chance, and I’ll never forget the care and kindness you showed throughout my journey.
I saw the doctor in August. At that visit he said I would Be scheduled for an endoscopy. I have Yet to get a call. I have Called 4xs to get my prescription filled and three weeks later, still no script. This does not seem like a safe place to have surgery if you can’t ever speak to a person nor get a call back.
My wife has attempted to get a surgery date from this office for over a week since her consultation. She’s called 4x and each time told someone from scheduling or billing needs to call her back but it never happens. What a ridiculous practice of visit, upfront cost analysis from insurance co., payment discussion then schedule surgery. Not everyone has an open ended schedule to wait weeks to schedule a surgery.
Moutaa BenMaamer you ruined my life by tearing a duct during surgery. I hope you are prosecuted to the fullest of the law. You deserve to never practice again.
