Dr Lam was great but office staff and billing have left to be desired. Staff has run this patient around in circles between themselves and their billing company. And the answer is always we can’t help you. My insurance covers the entire surgery to include office visits and yet they can continue to bill me, but not communicate with an insurance company and fix what the insurer needs. Thanks for the added stress of an affected credit report.
