Absolutely hands-down the worst customer service of any company that I have ever interacted or done business with. Brenda Lovato at the GSC corporate office in Las Vegas at 6865 suite B W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89117, does not know how to interact with other human beings. I truly do not know how she has managed to hold down a job at her age. Highly unprofessional company to rent from and work for. The atmosphere is toxic and nothing but gossip. Brenda being the worst of all. I reported the gossip problem to her, unaware that she was the supreme leader of the meangirls. Everyone is in everyone's business. The employees are spiteful and vindictive, like their leader. There's no unity. It's every man for himself. Those with morals leave. Those with no conscience stay.

Beware thin walls! weed smells! roudy community! horrible maintenance! management does nothing for your concerns and will tell you to deal with your living situation or move out.

I recently moved out of a complex with plenty of notice. I unfortunately did have to break my lease but was able to pay for the following months rent w/out trash and sewage. I did however, leave a few items in the apt due to me not able to remove on my own (heavy tv from 1980) a few moving boxes, carpeting on patio and cable wires that were installed. Brenda L is not someone you want to work with. She is rude, snide, and ill-prepared when a tenant has concerns. I tried to get information from her regarding my lease at an apartment complex in Henderson and all I got was an attitude. If she cannot be polite and be prepared to answer any questions she has no business doing that job.
