After getting no where with south Texas appliance I was able to get in with general services. They found out it was my refrigerator that was not cooling and they worked me in same day! Tech came out within 2hours n replaced the part! Very pleased with services!

After having a lot of trouble with another company trying to get our washing machine fixed, our warranty company sent out General Service Company. The tech was very timely and professional, and the office staff understood our need to get the washer fixed ASAP. I was very impressed by the way this company does business and not only will I use them again, I will be recommending them to others.
Whirlpool made arrangements with General Service Co. to repair our new Admiral washing machine and what a pleasant experience that was. The office staff was very polite and Carlos, their technician, provided the best of service. Carlos made customer satisfaction his top priority. Thanks to General Service Co. and Carlos.
I have had a GREAT Experience with General Service Co., my Whirlpool washer and dryer were under warranty and Whirlpool directed me to South TX Appl--BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!. I was very fortunate to speak to Amy who scheduled my appointment and Aaron was assigned to do the repair. I also agree Amy, Aaron and Alise are the best representatives of this company, they are truly PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, AND VERY POLITE they are TRUE Assets. The service I received Exceeded all Expectations. Great JOB!!!!!!!!!!
I just want to say that General Service is the GREATEST Appliance repair in the WORLD! I talked with Alise, as well as Amy on getting my Jenn Air gas cooktop replaced cause the glass broke, they sent out Aaron, who was kind and took care of the issue asap! Amy and all of the office and repair staff at General Service Company were outstanding. They did what they said they would do when they promised they would do it. We had been struggling for almost two months with Sears/A&E, another authorized Whirlpool/Kitchenaid warranty repair service who were totally unreliable and difficult to work with.
