I don't want to bore you with a long drawn out letter, so I'll make it short. General trailer of mt clemens has the worst service department I have been to in 30 or so years of owning rv's . They had my RV for over 3 weeks to repair several things I needed done. Well $5.000 later and only about %20 of the repairs were done right. Worst service department on the planet. Sales staff are nice and you might get a good deal from their large selection. However; if you have your rv serviced here for any kind of major warranty work, you will be straight out lied to. They held my rv 3 weeks to tell me what I told them when I brought it in. When challenged about this they assured it would be shipped back to the manufacturer the next day. 2 weeks later I received a phone call telling me my rv is now ready to ship back to the manufacturer and should take about a... read more
