I would love to give this shady dealer 0 stars. The process to get our travel trailer was relatively easy. Our first camping trip revealed a stuck grey tank valve. It took several calls to get an appointment for the warranty work. Now, our trailer has been at their service department for two weeks. We were promised a phone call the Monday after we dropped of the trailer. We never received it. We have called several times. Bought a pop up trailer, went on the road with it heater went out, lights are flickering. Air conditioner went out and I am in Las Vegas 108 degrees. Had RV repair come out the compressor wasn’t bolted down right and the hoses went everywhere. Need a new one , over $2000. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone.
Do not buy from them, horrible. They could care less after u purchase. Please put them.out of business. I'm gonna post.every single day from now. Why, cuz they are horrible!!!!!!!!!
they are the biggest crooks possible , they will gladly take your money but stand behind their products is a total different ballgame ! stay far away from them !
Was just trying to purchase an RV. Had a list of items I wished to add to the purchase of the unit and was just told they "can't and won't"address any items upon it. As well as to seek to do my business elsewhere.
There should be a "ZERO" rating for this company. I wish I had read the reviews on General RV before spending my hard earned money on a BRAND NEW 2021 RV. On my FIRST OVERNIGHT TRIP we discovered that the RV will NOT TAKE A CHARGE. Coach.net experts diagnosed it as a DEFECTIVE CONVERTER. WE HAD NO ELECTRICITY at night on our trip. We purchased a 2021 Entegra Esteem on August 10, 2020. The first time we took it out, the drawers slammed open damaging the inside of the cabinets and we also have a water leak. Since then, the list of things wrong has grown. Their service department said it was fixed, but it was not. Four months later, they are supposedly waiting on parts. General RV is a joke! We went there to purchase a new fifth wheel and also paid for some additional protection for the unit itself both inside and on the extra. After a long wait after signing my paperwork I sat and watched as our camper never moved and when I asked one of the sales managers what’s going on when will it be taken care of in the product be applied so we could leave goes on to tell me that it’s already done. We dropped in on 10/11/2020 to hopefully find a Class A that works for us. We did...it was great...and we came to terms on numbers. We then went for a test drive and upon returning, we leveled the unit, put the slides out, and I proceeded to do as thorough an inspection as possible. During that inspection, I found one of the baggage doors under the main slide was binding. The cabin was coming down and contacting the top of the door.
