Do not use General RV for RV repair appraisals. It will cost you 1 hour labor rate - although this can be applied to repair bill - the cost will prohibit you from using them to make the repairs. I had 2 appraisals - 1 at 8 hrs labor, and General RV at 40 hrs. labor. I wasted and was ripped off $171.40 for nothing. Be careful.
