Rob and Jose were amazing! They came on a Saturday, earlier than the projected time given. They were very nice and explained everything, from what they used and what they're seeing to help. I cannot recommend General Rooter enough, I will never use another plumbing company! Thank you guys again!
Rob and his co worker got right to the issue! My sewer was backed up! Rob got to the issue ASAP Then he started scoping, He show Ed me why the sewer was backed up! Grease! Was one one the main issues! He gave me some tips, for the future! It was alittle spendy Because, I am on a fixed income! But it had to be done! I could not believe How clean the area was! Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me "this is a bad clog". I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood t... read more
