Rob and Jose were amazing! They came on a Saturday, earlier than the projected time given. They were very nice and explained everything, from what they used and what they're seeing to help. I cannot recommend General Rooter enough, I will never use another plumbing company! Thank you guys again!
Rob and his co worker got right to the issue! My sewer was backed up! Rob got to the issue ASAP Then he started scoping, He show Ed me why the sewer was backed up! Grease! Was one one the main issues! He gave me some tips, for the future! It was alittle spendy Because, I am on a fixed income! But it had to be done! I could not believe How clean the area was!
