In my entire life I have never dealt with more impcompetence when it comes to medical billing. If you want your bill not sent properly and then to collections this is the place for you
ZERO STARS! PATIENTS BEWARE! They try and charge you to READ a mammogram. Everyone know that your insurance pays for the reading as well as the procedure. Then they bill your dental plan and send you a bill because it is rejected. DUH. Then they will bill a plan from 20 years ago, rejected again. How about billing the actual insurance plan I checked in with? There is not one human here that speaks English or knows what is going on. I finally reported them to Blue Cross and it was resolved. Absolutely ridiculous! .
Wish I could give this place zero stars I keep getting a call from collections that I owe a balance. I tried calling the office where they said it’s old from I just get transferred around gave a run around then when I do talk to Simone they’re in India. Then when u ask to get transferred to America they put me on hold for 10min then it rings and I get hung up on. I was at this place 3 years ago. Their billing department has to be staffed with some of the most incompetent people ever. I paid for all of my billed services yet they still sent my bill to collections. Called to find they did not receive a response for one of the billed items from my insurance and applied some of the credit which they billed me for to the item the insurance did not respond to. Even though my bill was all caught up according to their paper statement I was still sent to collections for an item I was never billed for and didn't know existed.... read more
They will be the reason I leave my McLaren doctor. Tired of the annual fight between them and my insurance carrier. The stress is just too much. Check your bills folks! Don't pay these people blindly. They will bill you for covered procedures because they get more money that way!
