I ordered a Kohler shower cartridge and paid extra $ for shipping with UPS, knowing that USPS does not deliver to my address. Despite paying extra easyplumbing.com shipped with USPS. When I contacted them (Lee Gruensfelder) they did not offer any explanation as to why they did not use UPS. They simply pocketed the extra $ I paid for shipping AND I will not receive the shower cartridge.
