Great Experience
I love their product, and have had no issues with it. I recently had a packaging problem where a few of my purchases only came with certain strengths of the assorted charcoal and not others. I contacted the customer care online and Ingrid was happy to help! She called to clarify the problem, sent replacements quickly, and assured that the problem would be looked into.
