The hotel is beautiful and the staff are great and very accommodating. Great location!
It's ok. HVAC didn't work. Not worth the price. I would stay at the Stater down the street for the same price.

Cute hotel right in the heart of town next to the train. We stayed in the annex building vs the main hotel. No elevator so we walked up 2 flights with luggage. Our room was right over the Thai restaurant. The hallway smelled but thankfully not the room. Because the General Palmer is next to the train yard you’ll hear train horns all day until 10 pm each night. The room was nice and clean. It was missing hooks to hang coats, gear and in the bathroom, bath items. The free breakfast is awesome and tasted great!
