Expansion into San Luis Obispo Market – General Pacific seems to be performing like a real estate brokerage SHOULD be performing. Making things happen. Good customer relations. The expansion into the San Luis Obispo market area should be a welcome addition to the "making things happen" component of the industry. Sorry to see the negative comments posted on this page, but quite obvious those folks haven't stayed with GP to judge the mutual benefits they have mastered.
Love these guys! – I'm amazed at how hard these guys work for you. They are the busiest agents in town and that is saying something in this market. I think the most important thing is results and they get them.
Made the perfect investment! – I'd been looking for the perfect investment and Larry Krogh was the only one to find me what I wanted at the price I could afford. General Pacific Properties & Finance got me into a long-term and profitable income-producing vehicle that helped get me out of debt and on the road to retirement! A great experience. – I really enjoyed working with Larry Krogh and Rick Nielsen of General Pacific properties. I wasn't sure of what I wanted when looking for my home. Larry and Rick had no problem showing me many different homes that had several of my different tastes in mind. I was in no rush to up and buy a new home and they were okay with that which I loved! I would recommend General Pacific to anyone I know, they are reliable and were always interested in making sure I was getting just the home I deserved.
I would never do business with General Pacific – There business ethics are highly questionable. If you see a house listed by these General Pacific Properties would run the other way. If you don't good luck! You will see what I am talking about.
The worst business person I have dealt with since the inflated rates of the 70s and 80s – Tread lightly with this person. He is misleading, unethical, and manipulative. By far, the worst real estate experience in my meager 35 years of buying or selling property. Question what he leads you to believe. It is his desire to get out of you every ounce of energy and every penny possible. Larry, in my opinion and experience, you are the most pathetic agent in business in Ventura County.
