This was the most unprofessional medical experience I’ve had in my 68 years. The exam I felt was being rushed. I spoke up, at the end was told why don’t you just go to an eyeglass store & not given any results. When I called a bit later I was told I’d get a call back. That didn’t happen, so called 4 days later and person couldn’t care less.

Shitty and unprofessional place ever. I had a 9:00 AM appointment for my children and waited for 45 minutes before checking with the receptionist for an update. I was told we would be called shortly. By 10:10 AM, we still had not been seen. When I asked again, they informed me that the doctor had just returned from surgery and that we would need to wait another 30 minutes. Called to find out if my insurance was covered and what the cost of a contact lens exam and the lenses would be after insurance. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and told me the price of the exam would be $325, and they have no way of knowing what my insurance will cover, that's up to me to find out. Terrible practice, and every other eye doctor I've called was able to tell me what would be covered by my insurance.
