The young lady I initially spoke with was helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for GM Customer Service as a whole. My vehicle was in the dealership for warranty repairs for over three weeks, during which time I was not provided a loaner vehicle. GM is the best, I must say cause I used to work for them when they was located off of route 1&9 heading toward avenel NJ. GM is very organized and has a lot of respect and very polite and all in every experiences about GM. I've became better then mastered in the positions we had and it was so accurate at every level. Thanks You!

I have a 2020 Traverse constantly having exhaust issues. I’ve contacted GM so many times about this but they will not make a recall only for 2021-2022. I will never buy another Chevrolet again. Tired of dumping my money into this SUV. GM does NOT care. Please do not buy a Traverse no matter the year they are trash. Spend your money else where besides at GM.

I have 2024 GMC Hummer and got in to an accident. GM doesn’t have parts to replace my fender. Fender is one of the simplest accident that could happen. My car is still in the shop for 3 months because of it. Please before you buy from GM, make sure they have at list miner parts.
