GM is the best, I must say cause I used to work for them when they was located off of route 1&9 heading toward avenel NJ. GM is very organized and has a lot of respect and very polite and all in every experiences about GM. I've became better then mastered in the positions we had and it was so accurate at every level. I have a 2020 Traverse constantly having exhaust issues. I’ve contacted GM so many times about this but they will not make a recall only for 2021-2022. I will never buy another Chevrolet again. Tired of dumping my money into this SUV. GM does NOT care. Please do not buy a Traverse no matter the year they are trash. Spend your money else where besides at GM.
I have 2024 GMC Hummer and got in to an accident. GM doesn’t have parts to replace my fender. Fender is one of the simplest accident that could happen. My car is still in the shop for 3 months because of it. Please before you buy from GM, make sure they have at list miner parts.
Truck has less than 60k miles 2021 Silverado 1500 and dropped off at Winegardner Chevy in FT Washington md for service because lights came on and it started shaking. I was told it was defective PCV valve and needed replaced. The next day I was told it was fuel injectors. On 8/26/2024 at 12:20pm I spoke to: Alexandria- GM Corp I explained to the customer service rep, Alexandria, all that I had gone through to get help fixing my MyCadillac mobile app issues. After a lengthy explanation of what has transpired within my efforts to fix the issues with the mobile app, this Rep in Customer Support still had the audacity to transfer back me to OnStar; so I hung up.
