Im convinced the only 4 star review on here is a bot. No way someone gives this garbage fire of a company anything more than a 1 star
Slow internet. Raised my bill without telling me. Finally got a better service called to cancel and all of a sudden they say we could have lowered your bill if you called. Why should I have to call them to not have them raise my bill. When I did cancel they didn't prorated what I had left for 28 days I had left and a 50 "restocking" fee was added to my last bill. Worst company.
Horrible service. Will tell people who are looking for service not to go through frontier. Even their customer service sucks.
Is the worst internet service far less than promised speed. Canceled within 4 days, and they're still racking up charges after the router was Returned promptly when they shipped a box with label. Because there's no u p s store in Little elko nevada. Until june. They screwed up, they didn't come through. They didn't promise they're charging us. And we're not gonna pay tough, tooties.. We run a business in Elko Nevada and this is the worst internet service I have ever experienced looking for another service. We have been down 2 days now and when I call text or e-mail all I get is they are working on the issue!!!!!!! Run don’t walk from the incompetent company.
