poor service never got the Material I ordered, and payed for...with lack of communication..

They were easy to work with. They asked questions anout the project to see if we missed anything They carry great products at a good price and explain the differences between them. i have used them on two projects and will use them on the next one.
We ordered a vanity and vanity top for our Master bath overhaul Caitlyn special ordered for us. The vanity and top were delivered. We installed the vanity bottom looks great. Now the bad part Put the top on but drawers would not open. Called Caitlyn she came out to see the issue was advised to possibly cut the drawers to accommodate. Absolutely not why would we spend that much money to alter the concept. Ordered another top. It came yesterday...... beautiful material hideous design. We purchased cabinets nine months ago and they were delivered last October 2014. Our carpenter installed the cabinets and found two doors to be warped and one crushed at the bottom. We were told that the doors would straighten out by spring. Well they didn't. It took a while for someone to come and check, then when the new doors were installed by GM they turned out to be lighter and do not match the cabinets installed nine months ago.
