Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work. Great, professional service by San Diego Master Locksmith ! My deadbolt was loose and my keys kept getting stuck in the lock. San Diego Master Locksmith quickly coordinated a time for the service call on my schedule. The locksmith showed up right on time and the lock replacement took only 15 minutes. Everyone I spoke with my polite and professional. They came prepared and got the job done right. I'm very happy with their work, and would use them again.
Exceptional! Excellent customer service, extremely prompt, responsive, punctual, professional, skilled, reasonably priced, and friendly. Can you ask for anything more? We had an older lock break on an outside door. I called San Diego Master Locksmith , and after sending a photo and specifics about the lock, they sent someone in less than 30 minutes. The lock was replaced at a reasonable charge and the locksmith was very helpful and professional. I would call them anytime and recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend San Diego Master Locksmith.
Total time to get our locks re-keyed, from my initial call to the locksmith departing, was only 90 mins. Wow, talk about fast! I've used San Diego Master Locksmith twice now. Once to add a deadbolt to my front door and then yesterday to add a lock in a closet door. Both times he quoted me a price on the phone and stuck to it on site. No extra charges or attempts to add things. Both times there were issues with the instal (very old building) but he stuck to his quote and was quick, tidy and friendly. It seems like the city is filled with swindlers in the locksmith dept. It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building.
