DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is terrible. They charge you for assigned parking but do nothing when people park in your spot (which happens ALL the time). Our washer broke and it took almost 4 full weeks to get it replaced. We have black mold on our windows and in our showers that keeps coming back. The windows leak. Don’t waste your time
Extremely disappointed with this complex. We have lived here for four months and had nothing but problems. The apartment was not ready for us when we moved in, despite them taking a month to "prepare" it. Any time we have brought issues to the attention of the building manager, she brushes them off as "not her job/responsibility". The heat/air doesn't reach the bedrooms, and rather than fix it, management advises tenants to buy fans/space heaters. Clean apartments with a great view of Downtown Easton at night. Maintenance crew was very responsive and premises was always kept neatly. Only complaint is that the heat is pure electric heat (no gas lines up the mountain it is situated on) so your bill during the winter months will be huge and the heat had to be supplemented by a small heater to truly feel warm. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to live!
