We've been seeing Dr. DeBass for almost a year now, she was wonderful, always pleasant and helpful, unfortunately she moved to a different office and we had a different *doctor* today. I called to make an appointment as a new patient. I’ve had lingering symptoms I’m afraid could be serious like thyroid cancer or other thyroid issues since they run in my family and I’ve had a cough unrelated to a cold, sore throat, trouble swallowing, and brittle and peeling fingernails for the past few months. I called to make an appointment and was promptly told to visit the urgent care center and that I don’t need an appointment.
