Quick response. Always professional and have never left my house without finishing what needed to be done.
We have used General for many years and always excellent service. Today Mike Green was the service person and was wonderful. I have recommended The General to several friends and they are very satisfied.
Called twice to have an assessment done of my system & discuss recommended changes to better maximize efficiency... after the second call, I was told "someone would call me back to set up an appointment"...that was 4 weeks ago. At this point, I wouldn't recommend this company.
We have used "The General" ever since we bought our home 17 years ago. They have always provided friendly, professional service. And if you ever have any questions or concerns, they will make sure that they address them for you. Mr John Lively, the manager, has gone above and beyond to make sure that his company provides excellent customer service. He is courteous and very personable, and truly wants his customers to be happy and satisfied. You can definitely say that I am a "cheerleader" for The General!
