Steven did a. great job explaining. everything.
The service technician texted us prior to his arrival, he was efficient and checked the units out thoroughly. He did find one concern and let us know what it was, how much it would be and we said fix it. When he was done he explained everything that he found and repaired. We have used General Air for many years and they have replaced units for us during that time. We have been very pleased with the service and also the emergency services when we needed them.

Steve was on time, explained what he was going to do, then reviewed what he found including a few things I need to take care of as the homeowner. I’m looking forward to a problem free heating season.
