Saleswoman knew almost nothing about their products. Asked her multiple times which LVP floors had the best wear protection. She said they all have great protection. Real helpful. Turns out each floor sample has the specs written on the back of it, showing varying thickness of wear layers from 6-20 mils. She also failed to explain which products we're off the shelf and which were a back order item.
