I can without a doubt say GF is a fantastic product. I started out with HPTC but then ventured off with gel stains, gel topcoat, and pearl effects. Every Item I’ve used as beyond exceeded my expectations. Every review is true when they say how great it is.
I use General Finishes exclusively for my furniture painting because it’s wonderful. The gel stains give rich deep colours, the milk paint goes on smoothly and sprays well too, and the top coats provide long lasting, durable finishes.
I love GF products! It's the only stain and topcoat I will use. It's easy and gives a professional look to any job. I attended the Expo in IN and look forward to trying some new techniques!
I had never heard of GF paint until a vendor in our shop started selling it. From then on, I started using it on the furniture I was repainting. I use both the milk and the chalk and love the coverage they deliver. I determine which I will use depending on which color I want my piece of furniture. It's so fun picking from the palette of colors!! I love the stains too and even used the Java Gel to stencil with! Now I have a nice inventory started, but can't wait to add to it!!!
I finally got to use some of the Java Gel Stain. It's a great color, nice and thick in texture so no drips or splatter. Can't wait to try the paint!
