Called to see about going to look at mobile homes, speaking with the lady she acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to be prequalified already to just come look at the homes. I’ve already been pre-approved for a loan but that really isn’t any of their business I just wanted to look. Awesome Experience. I purchased a Modular Home from General Fine Homes and service was second to none. A really easy and pleasurable experience and the house was incredible and exactly what I wanted, even all the custom features. It is really well built and I highly recommend purchasing from George General as his expertise on the many options was really helpful.
George was very helpful in coordinating the construction and set-up of our modular home, never tried to sell us things we didn't need, and made relevant suggestions that kept us within our budget. Great experience.
