I agree with all the negative reviews. I feel better to know that I was not the only one unhappy with General Dentistry. Be carful when they clean your teeth. They will chip your good teeth and eventually, you will need a root canal. Money, money, money... that's all they care. Please send your complaint to the Dentistry Board.

Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? No Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? No Was the background music pleasant while you were in the waiting room? No Did the staff help you feel comfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, very uncomfortable Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No

Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients? Not that I could see Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? I felt extremely pressured Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions

I can't rate them too highly on the friendliness scale. They were not polite and I wasn't very impressed. I could tell that they took pride in their new office's appearance in the building they just purchased. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in but when I brought up the subject of them over billing me by almost $1000.00 they weren't so friendly any more. I asked them why they did not inform me of changes in the policy and was told that I should have read a price ... read more

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients?
