Dr. Kapoor and her team are awesome! They take great care in making both my grandchildren (15 months and 6 years) and my teenage son feel comfortable with their treatment....cleanings, first exams, fillings, etc. We followed Dr. Kapoor from another practice when she started General Dentistry 4 Kids. The kids wouldn't have it any other way and neither would we. I wish I was a kid!
The pleasantries make parent and children feel comfortable and safe. The cleanliness is beyond satisfaction. The kid friendly decorations and atmosphere are beautiful. Most off all the professionalism of the dental staff and how wonderfully they treated my son made taking a 6 year old to the dentist easy. I am very happy with this dental practice.
We loved our first visit today!! The staff was so kind and Dr. Kapoor was amazing!! General Dentistry 4 Kids will definitely be our regular office from now on!
we have a had a great experience with everyone at this office. I have one daughter who was relaxed and excited and another who was very uneasy and scared to go to the dentist. both were treated so well and soon both of my girls were comfortable and said the dentist wasnt bad after all. payment was laid out clearly and reasonable. This was an amazing experience. From the time I walked in the door we were greeted. The lady at the front desk not only greeted me but she asked my girls how was school, what grade they were in. Once we got into the back room I could see the excitement on my kids face. They loved the staff there. The ladies had such a bubbly personality and made it a point to make sure my kids were taken care of. The Doctor, truly amazing. Dr. Kapoor and her staff were wonderful! They are super friendly and caring. My kids were nervous before their appointment, but were all smiles afterwards, due to the exceptional service they were given! 5 star facility with a 5 star staff 😊
Dr. Kapoor and her staff are absolutely the best. I highly recommend this dentistry to anyone with little ones! I just brought my son in for his first cleaning this morning and he’s tends to be very nervous with new things and new people and they were beyond accommodating and patient with him. I cannot praise this dentistry enough! Thank you all!
I am so happy we found this clinic! Took a chance driving out to Hilltop from Chesapeake, but we are so glad we did! Initially took my son for a consult, but we will now be switching both of our kids to Dr. Kapoor. Her and her staff made my son feel so comfortable, I think he would have stayed all afternoon if I let him! They were respectful and helpful from the initial phone conversation all the way through walking out the door. Highly recommended for ALL kids in the Hampton Roads area.
