Everyone was so nice to George and me today. I think George is looking forward to his next visit! Thank you so much!
I love the fact that everyone in the office is very pleasant. Everyone had a smile at 8:00 in the morning. The staff greeted you as you walk in the door by name. And to top it off, my wait time was about 5 mins and they came and got Aaden. We were in and out in 30mins. That means a lot especially because I had to go to work. Thanks so much.
I dont have any complaints. I am looking forward to recieving a picture of Yancy getting her teeth cleaned as promised by the dental hygentist.
I am only 4 years old, but I LOVE going to see Dr. B and I love Ms. Margaret!! It is so much fun!
I have two children, almost two, and almost four years old. My four year old son adores Dr. Blen, and won't even let me call him "Dr. B". He is all smiles, loves the prizes, and loves Michael Blen's demeanor. My toddler only complains for a minute, and is so enamoured with the hygenists and staff that she doesn't realize she's in a doctor's office. Dr.B is a fantastic pediatric dentist. He is kind to the kids and does an incredible job discussing the patient findings with the parents.
Dr B and his staff are professional, timely and very caring to ensure they teach the teenager patient how to care for his teeth/gums as he just got braces. Dr B's staff are very knowledgeable to show the teenager extra equipment that will help him care for his teeth/gums while wearing braces. Staff meet with the parent to reinfirce what will be helpful to implement.
Everyone is very friendly and nice! They make us feel comfortable from the moment we enter.
Dr. B's office is so wonderfully kid-friendly in every aspect. The office is clean and colorful. Also, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They were extremely understanding about the my daughter's hesitation to get her toddler teeth checked. They were wonderfully calm and helpful about making her comfortable with the situation. I highly recommend Dr. B!
