I wish I could leave a positive review here, but unfortunately I had one of the most negligent and disrespectful customer service experiences of my life with Alan Olick and General Brite Plating. Communication was completely unacceptable. Emails and phone calls were consistently ignored, and getting any update on my order became impossible. Alan and Trino are excellent folks and the work they did on my window frame for my 1956 Chevy was sweet. As Alan pointed out, the part is 70 years old .... it should have been discarded but they definitely went above and beyond to repair before plating. Looking forward to hanging it back on my wagon. I was referred to General Brite Plating by our amazing interior designer after my wife and I decided to upgrade all of our kitchen, bath, and plumbing hardware to a polished nickel finish from Snyder Diamond. We encountered a challenge with the existing bathtub filler and handle, which were custom-made in black. We recently did a gold plated element for a trophy. Everything was so smooth. We met with Alan who is a total professional and is also so interested in doing a good job and taking care of every little detail. What we received back a couple of days later was a completely stunning piece, flawless in every regard. We are so lucky to have General Brite Plating near us for all of our projects. 10 Stars to Alan and team !
Alan & Co handled a replate of a treasured sculpture as well as facilitated the custom creation of a pedestal to better showcase the piece. The art looks better than ever and working with them all at General Plating was exceptional. I highly recommend them. Thank you Alan!
