I love that it's local, and I love that the prices are pretty competitive, but I HATE that it takes ALL DAY to get product. OMG!!!! who has that kind of time to waste. I have a business to run and being that I have a small business, I can't afford to send anyone for me. If you fix, I will totally give you a five star rating.
I would not recommend ordering anything from this place of business. My husband ordered 100 mini liquor bottles for an event that we only received 39 of. They were contacted the day the shipment was received and we were told no one could help is and someone would call back. 48 hrs no call so another call was placed, and we were told someone would look into and someone would get back to is. I think this is a gag company, created, not to do business but to waste people's time. I was being generous with the two stars because when I first had my sales rep on the phone he seemed very helpful and informative, after I placed my order he said he would call back with the pricing info and make my order final. I never heard back from him, I called back 3 days in a row, spoke with an unhelpful receptionist, and never received a call back. unreliable! – I got the worst customer service over and over , very unreliable, i will start driving to the bottle manufacturer instead of loosing time and money , i don't know if is just my sales rep , but I can;t have my biz depending on this company! Diego
