I’ve had a terrible experience with General Audio, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. For starters, their pricing is completely inconsistent—what you’re charged depends on the day of the week and who you happen to speak with. There’s no transparency, which feels shady and unprofessional. When issues inevitably arise (and they will), there’s no manager or supervisory support to escalate concerns or get real answers.
